Terms & conditions

Draft. Business identity, order acceptance rules, cancellation windows and applicable terms require review before real sales.

Products and prices

Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. Products marked as demo are illustrative and not approved for sale. Approved listings must accurately describe the supplied drink, size, ingredients and price.

Orders

The order confirmation shows that an order record was created. It does not represent an online payment. Cash on Delivery means payment is collected on delivery. A sample order is explicitly marked and must not be fulfilled.

Accounts

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Keep account access private. You may update your own profile and addresses using My Account.

Policies and support

Review shipping, returns and privacy information before ordering. Contact Sotej with any questions. The business must complete and approve these terms before launch.
