WordPress stores your account profile and a password hash. WooCommerce stores order items, prices, status, contact information and delivery addresses. Newsletter signup stores your email, consent and signup time. Contact forms store the name, email and message you provide.

How it is used

Order information is used to manage orders and customer support. Account details allow you to sign in and view your history. Newsletter details are used for requested Sotej updates. Contact enquiries are available to authorized administrators.

Cookies and services

The site uses cookies for login, cart sessions and your selected language. Fonts and bundled images are served locally. Hosting, email delivery and any future payment or marketing services may process data according to their configuration; add those providers here before enabling them. No analytics service is bundled with this theme.

Your choices

You can update your profile and addresses from My Account. Contact Sotej to request newsletter removal or access, correction or deletion of your data. The administrator must verify requests and retain records where required. Define the business retention schedule before launch.

Security

Store operators must use HTTPS, restricted administrator access, updates and backups. This WordPress package does not import the separate Next.js database or its application-level encryption.
