THE SOTEJ JOURNAL
Small habits. Brighter days.

Some days move quickly. Between classes, work and the people who need us, it can be easy to forget to pause. A balanced day does not need a perfect routine.
Start with one small choice
Choose a moment that already exists in your day. It might be opening a window in the morning, sitting down for lunch, or putting your phone away while you catch up with a friend.
Make the pause your own
Keep a drink nearby, step outside if you can, or simply take a moment to look away from your screen. There is no need to turn every break into another task.
Leave room for ordinary days
Some routines work for a week and then need to change. Notice what fits your schedule and let the rest go. The aim is a day that feels more like yours.
